An approved product list built with you, minimum and maximum levels held, a fixed visit day for counting and restocking, and a usage report in your inbox every month. Product at fixed business prices, plus a site service fee that's waived once your spend is high enough to cover it.

Who it's for
WA businesses with roughly 20 to 150 people on site, spending $1,500 or more a month on consumables, workwear and first aid, who want one supplier to own the problem. If you're smaller than that, a Business Account with carton ordering will serve you better — and we'll say so at the assessment.

How pricing works
You pay for product at your agreed prices, invoiced on delivery. The site service fee covers the visits, the counting, the ordering, the sizing register and the report: $349 + GST a month for a monthly visit, $549 + GST fortnightly, or from $949 + GST for weekly or multi-site, quoted. The fee is waived while your product spend stays above the threshold for your service level (from about $3,000 a month for a monthly visit), reviewed each quarter. Setup is $750 + GST — the assessment write-up, approved list, sizing register and first fill — and it's waived when you sign the 12-month agreement after the pilot.
Start with a 90-day pilot
Every site starts with a 90-day pilot at the founding rate of $299 + GST a month. At day 75 we sit down with three months of usage data and agree the 12-month program — or you walk, pay only the setup fee, and keep the storage.
What the monthly report shows
One page per site, in your inbox by the fifth business day of the month: items supplied against agreed levels; usage by cost centre or department where you allocate it; spend this month and the rolling three months; items due to expire or be replaced (first-aid contents, sunscreen, filters); and one recommendation — a glove that's being replaced too often usually means it's the wrong glove. Delivery manifests attached, and the invoice references the report.
The plain-English terms
- 90-day pilot at $299 + GST a month; the $750 setup fee is billed only if you don't proceed.
- Then a 12-month supply agreement. Either side can end it with 60 days' notice after month six.
- The fee applies regardless of product spend unless the waiver threshold is met; thresholds are reviewed quarterly and never waived in negotiation.
- Product prices are fixed for the term. Supplier increases over 5% are passed through with 30 days' notice.
- Product invoiced on delivery; service fee monthly in advance; direct debit 14 days from invoice by default.
- Stock at your site is yours once delivered and signed for. We don't hold consignment stock.
- Responsibility for workplace health and safety compliance stays with the employer. We supply to the approved list and report what was supplied.
- Custom-branded items can't be cancelled once ordered.
