Workwear & Embroidery
Your logo on the gear your crew already wears. We digitise your artwork once, keep it on file, and stitch polos, shirts, jackets, caps and hi-vis in-house at Bibra Lake — so branded workwear comes back in days, not weeks, and reorders match the first run.
How it's priced
- Digitising: a one-off fee per logo to turn your artwork into a stitch file, quoted when we see the artwork (size, colours and detail set the price). Kept on file — you never pay it twice for the same logo.
- Stitching: priced per garment per position (left chest, back, sleeve, cap front), banded by quantity — the more garments in the run, the lower the per-garment price.
- Garments: priced separately, so you can see both numbers. WorkIt Workwear, hi-vis, polos, jackets and caps from our range; or supply your own garments by arrangement.
- Minimum: 10 garments per design per run. Names and job titles can be added per garment.
How it runs
- Send the artwork. PNG, JPG, PDF or a vector file, with the garment, quantity, sizes and placement, to sales@grsafety.com.au or through the quote form.
- We quote in one business day — digitising, stitching and garments itemised, with a turnaround date. Tell us your deadline; we'll say yes or no before you commit.
- Deposit and proof. 50% deposit; we send a stitched sample or proof for approval. Nothing is digitised or ordered until the deposit clears and the artwork is approved in writing.
- We stitch, pack and deliver. Bagged per person if you give us the size run; delivered with the rest of your order or picked up from Bibra Lake.
Reorders
Your logo, thread colours and placements stay on file. New starters just need a size. Account customers can add embroidered garments to their approved list; Managed Site Supply customers get a sizing register so reorders are right first time.
The fine print
Embroidered and printed goods are made for you and can't be cancelled or returned once the artwork is approved, unless faulty. Sizing swaps are limited to unworn, unbranded stock. You confirm you're entitled to use any logo you supply. Full terms: Terms of Trade.
