Delivery & Pickup

We're a Perth-based supplier. Most orders go out on our own van on scheduled route days, by parcel, or you collect from Bibra Lake. Prices on the website include GST. Account and quoted pricing is shown ex GST unless stated.

Perth metro van delivery

  • Route days are Tuesday and Thursday. Orders confirmed by 2pm the business day before go on the next run; we'll tell you the day when we confirm your order.
  • Minimum delivered order by van is $350 + GST ($385 inc GST).
  • Delivery is $18 + GST ($19.80) on orders from $350 to $750 + GST, and free on orders over $750 + GST ($825 inc GST).
  • Van delivery covers Perth metro addresses. If your address is outside the metro area and you selected a van option at checkout, we'll contact you with a parcel or freight quote before dispatch. You can cancel for a full refund if it doesn't suit.

Parcel (Australia Post or courier)

  • Minimum parcel order is $200 + GST ($220 inc GST).
  • Western Australia: $26.95 inc GST, usually 2–5 business days. Interstate: $36.95 inc GST, usually 3–7 business days. Both include packing and handling.
  • Bulky items (bulk cartons, hardware, PAPR units) and remote-area addresses may cost more to send. If so, we'll confirm the freight with you before anything ships.

Pickup — Bibra Lake WA 6163

  • Free, any order size, by appointment. Choose "Pickup" at checkout and we'll text or email when it's ready — usually the next business day, and often same day for stocked staples.
  • Bring your order confirmation. Need it faster? Call 0426 887 841 before you order and we'll tell you honestly whether we can do it.

Regional WA and site deliveries

Regional WA, mine sites and larger site drops are quoted. Send us the delivery address and what you need and we'll come back with freight and timing, normally within one business day.

Lead times and stock

We hold our fast-moving staples and source the rest of the range through our Perth-based distributors. Stocked lines usually leave the next business day. Supplier-sourced lines typically take 2–5 business days to reach us or ship direct to you. Your order is confirmed once we've checked stock — if anything is on back-order we'll tell you before we take payment for it, and you can wait, substitute or cancel that line.

Damaged or short deliveries

Check your delivery when it arrives. If anything is damaged, missing or not what you ordered, email sales@grsafety.com.au within 2 business days with your order number and a photo and we'll sort it out.

International

We don't ship outside Australia through the website. If you need PPE shipped overseas for a project, contact us and we'll see what's possible.
