Mobilising a crew, kitting out a new site, running a shutdown or re-uniforming the whole team? Send us the headcount, the list and the date. We quote within one business day, pack per person or per site, embroider in-house and deliver when you need it.
What we do this for
- Mobilisations — full PPE and workwear kits per employee, packed and labelled by name, sized from your register.
- Uniform runs — polos, shirts, jackets and hi-vis with your logo, stitched here, delivered as one run so every garment matches.
- Shutdown and maintenance packs — respiratory, gloves, eye and hearing protection by the carton for a defined window.
- New-site kits — first-aid kits, signage, site safety consumables, storage and the first fill.
- Seasonal — sun, hydration and wet-weather gear before the season, not during it.
How it runs
- Send the list. Headcount, items, sizes (or ask for our sizing register), artwork, delivery address and the date it's needed. Use the form or email sales@grsafety.com.au.
- Quote in one business day. Product, embroidery and delivery itemised, with lead times we've checked with the supplier — not guessed. Quotes are valid 30 days for stocked lines, 14 days for anything with a supplier lead time or garment allocation.
- Deposit and artwork approval. 50% deposit on order (balance before dispatch, or on account terms if you have them). Nothing is ordered or digitised until the deposit clears and you've approved the artwork in writing.
- We pack it your way. Per person, per site or per carton, labelled, with a packing list.
- Delivered on the date. Perth metro by our van; regional WA by freight, quoted.
Lead times, honestly
Stocked consumables: days. Workwear from our distributors: typically one to two weeks to us, plus embroidery time. Large garment runs, special sizes and anything on supplier back-order can take longer — we tell you before you commit, and we don't promise a date we can't keep. If you've got a hard mobilisation date, talk to us early.
Terms that apply
- Orders over $5,000 ex GST and anything custom are quoted with a 50% deposit.
- Custom, embroidered and special-order goods can't be cancelled or returned once ordered, unless faulty.
- Bulk lines are priced by the carton; if you need to split cartons we'll say so on the quote.
